1. Booking Process:
Bookings can be made online or over the phone.
A non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your booking.
2. Payment Terms:
We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified.
Full payment is due as outlined in Section 5.
Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in Section 5.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for all charges related to your choice of Travel packages.
We will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policies.
You agree to comply with all establishment policies and rules during your stay.
Incidentals, such as room service or physical property damages, will be charged to the provided payment method.
3. Travel Documents:
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, and vaccinations.
4. Pricing:
Prices are quoted in USD dollars.
Additional services, fees or taxes may apply.
5. Changes and Cancellations:
Changes to bookings may be subject to fees.
Changes on hotels or the services on bookings.
Once you book a package with Mystique Dream, the itinerary and services are set and tailored to provide a seamless experience. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes to hotels or services after the booking is confirmed. If you have specific needs or preferences, please contact us before booking, and we'll do our best to assist you in selecting a package that meets your requirements.
Change on destination for pick-up and drop-off.
Our packages include specified pick-up and drop-off locations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Changes to the drop-off destination are generally not accommodated once the booking is confirmed. If you have special requests or need to adjust the drop-off location, please contact us before finalizing your booking. We will do our best to assist you, but please be aware that changes may incur additional fees or may not be possible depending on the circumstances.
For all bookings, and for all cancelations, the first payment made at time of booking is non-refundable.

6. Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not typically included in our packages. We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance independently to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
7. Responsibilities of the Agency:
We strive to provide accurate information and assist you with any issues during your trip.
8. Traveler Responsibilities:
You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our behavior expectations.
9. Health and Safety:
Please adhere to any health advisories or requirements for your destination.

10. Limitation of Liability:

11. Dispute Resolution:
- Mystique Dream Dispute Resolution Policy
At Mystique Dream, we are dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences for our customers. However, we understand that disputes may occasionally arise. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established a clear process to resolve any issues that may occur during your booking or travel experience.
Initial Resolution Process
If you encounter any concerns or disputes related to your booking, payment, or service, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will acknowledge your inquiry within 48 hours and work to resolve the issue promptly, typically within 7 business days.
Escalation Process
Should the issue remain unresolved after contacting customer service, you can request that the matter be escalated to our management team. Our management will conduct a thorough review and provide a formal response within 14 business days.
Mediation
If we are unable to reach a mutually acceptable resolution through direct communication, both parties agree to enter into mediation, where a neutral mediator will help facilitate a settlement. The cost of mediation will be shared equally between Mystique Dream and the customer. Mediation is a voluntary process, and both parties must agree to participate.
Legal Jurisdiction
In cases where mediation does not resolve the dispute, both Mystique Dream and the customer agree to submit the matter to the courts of Pitkin County, Colorado, USA, where the legal proceedings will take place. Any legal claims must be filed within 6 months of the original dispute or issue arising.
Refunds During Disputes
Refunds during a dispute will be handled according to our cancellation and refund policy. Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after the dispute has been resolved, either through direct resolution, mediation, or legal action.
Final Decision
Mystique Dream reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes that fall under our terms and conditions. However, we are committed to resolving matters fairly and ensuring open communication with our customers throughout the process.
